BMW dealer

Went in last week and had a chat with Kian who is very professional introduced F900R to us. Booked the bike right way. Looking forward to collect the new toy next month.

My Audi Q3 have been serviced by this amazing small team for the past 7 years. Their specialised knowledge, good price and honesty in deliver the best customer service makes them unique and for that reason, they now service not only my car, but another 3 from the rest of my family, all different European brands. Great professionals, that deliver consistent good job.

These guys had our Audi A4 Cabriolet for approximately 3 weeks in which time they gave us details of issues with the car, these issues changed from week to week to me it seemed as though they didn't have a clue as to what was going on with the car, instead saying that the previous owners have done some poor work on it.They claimed to have fixed the Oil leak and that the engine warning light has also been cured (new sensor fitted), and that it will run Rough when cold and will come good once its warm???, checked this morning its leaking oil badly and guess what the Engine light is back on, this is my Daughters car and she has paid them well over $1300 for so called repairs, please be aware of this bunch of so called german Auto Masters, they haven't got a clue!!!!, more like German Rip Off Masters!!!!, a very disappointed Customer .

I wish I could give a 0 star review. Spent maybe 2.5 hours on hold over 4 days trying to get a part ordered from Germany, had to ring other departments and get put through to the parts department, was promised calls back or follow up emails time and again once I finally got to speak with someone but heard nothing from them. The last straw as when one of their team hung up the phone on me when I expressed my frustration. Could not be more disappointed with the poor level of service. I recommend going to any other BMW service department ahead of this one as this has been possibly one of the worst customer experiences of my life, particularly from a company that promises so much yet has failed to deliver.

Total waste of time and money these place knows nothing about fixing problems just take your money car still broken $2.500 later all they did was sell exp oil n filters cant wait to go to court

Took my daughter's car here to be repaired and so glad we did. Great service, very friendly and a top job done. Car looks like new, thanks Jamie and staff

These guys are the best! I have taken all my BMW's to these guys. They are very friendly and have on two occasions done quick jobs for me just by dropping in even when they are busy. They know their stuff and they even show you the parts replaced and explain why they replaced it if you have any queries. They are a bit expensive, but so are BMW's, let's face it. If you love your BMW, these are the guys to take it too. Could not recommend anyone better to look after your ultimate driving machine!

Under no circumstances go to this mechanic, they are rip-offs. I booked a service of my BMW 218i based on a recommendation from a colleague whose uncle is the owner and because my regular mechanic had been unwell. A service and brake pads/rotor replacement cost $1500! They rang to give me a quote and the figures of $168 and $182 was mentioned for pads on top of the costs of the basic service - which I wrote down. When I got the bill however it was for $1500! They said they also had to replace the 'rotor' however under no circumstance would I agree for this level of expenditure without a second opinion. My partner rang to query this exorbitant cost and they said they charge $200 per hour just for labour. They also charged $120 for replacement oil. What is it made of - gold? My regular mechanic charges $60 per hour for labour and $45 for oil as a comparison. Silly me for not researching more - I should have known when they wouldn't tell me how much a service would be as it depended on the model and VIN number of the car (turns out they charge $420 just for a basic service) - should have refused when they told me at drop off. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

The other day I had an emergency and I just showed up at the service department. Shaun the service manager went above and beyond to help me in my emergency. He got me a loan car to be available to get myself and kids around for the day and had my car fix and ready for pick up by the end of the business day. Thank you very much Shaun.
