These guys are the best! I have taken all my BMW's to these guys. They are very friendly and have on two occasions done quick jobs for me just by dropping in even when they are busy. They know their stuff and they even show you the parts replaced and explain why they replaced it if you have any queries. They are a bit expensive, but so are BMW's, let's face it. If you love your BMW, these are the guys to take it too. Could not recommend anyone better to look after your ultimate driving machine!

Under no circumstances go to this mechanic, they are rip-offs. I booked a service of my BMW 218i based on a recommendation from a colleague whose uncle is the owner and because my regular mechanic had been unwell. A service and brake pads/rotor replacement cost $1500! They rang to give me a quote and the figures of $168 and $182 was mentioned for pads on top of the costs of the basic service - which I wrote down. When I got the bill however it was for $1500! They said they also had to replace the 'rotor' however under no circumstance would I agree for this level of expenditure without a second opinion. My partner rang to query this exorbitant cost and they said they charge $200 per hour just for labour. They also charged $120 for replacement oil. What is it made of - gold? My regular mechanic charges $60 per hour for labour and $45 for oil as a comparison. Silly me for not researching more - I should have known when they wouldn't tell me how much a service would be as it depended on the model and VIN number of the car (turns out they charge $420 just for a basic service) - should have refused when they told me at drop off. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Superb customer service. Thomas really took the time to give me information about my car repairs and walk me through my options without being pushy. Extremely professional and friendly. Stokes & Renk fixed my car and she's purring like a kitten! :) Highly recommended!

AAA.... so happy I found these guys. Dealer was booked out and I found these guys on google. What I thought was going to be expensive on my 7 series ended up being only being $35. The dealer indicated that they couldn't do it for 3 weeks and that it would likely need a part from Germany.plus $$$I am looking forward to when my vehicle requires its annual service with stokes and renk. I am confident they will be honest and do there very best.Keep up the good work Devin

very professional and friendly people ( specially Thomas ). took car to both BMW dealership and was told complete Engine needs to be replaced . these guys after quick diagnostic realised that TIMING CHAIN is the problem .they replaced whole kit and after that car running excellent . thanks a lot you saved me heaps of money . i do recomment Stoke and Renk . much more better than stealership

I had a new AGM battery fitted & asked for advice on a loose boot lock on my X5. The lock was fixed and I was informed that their was a possible fuel problem as the car was taking too long to start. I knew of the delay in starting, but was not aware it was an issue, but the mechanic explained it thoroughly to me and I was expecting a big bill for a new fuel pump. To my surprise, they diagnosed an air lock in the fuel system and sorted it promptly. I would recommend Stokes & Renk for any issues with your BMW.Denis
